MTM Financial Group is not a classic stock-picking fund. Its $213 million book is built almost entirely from exchange-traded funds — 89 positions deep, with names like Innovator BALT, BUFF, JEPI, JEPQ, and a full calendar of monthly-expiry defined-outcome sleeves. The portfolio reads more like a systematic options-income and buffer-protection kit than a discretionary equity mandate.

That said, there are still real moves to read inside the ETF wrapper. The fund’s two largest holdings — Innovator BALT (12.4%) and Vanguard VIG (13.6%) — were essentially held flat, but underneath the surface the rotation was active. J.P. Morgan’s JEPI and JEPQ income-and-growth ETFs were both increased, as was SPDR MMTM, a momentum-tilt small-cap vehicle. iShares IEFA, the developed-markets equity ETF, jumped 27% in share count, signaling a modest international-equity tilt.
