13F Insight provides access to SEC filing data, including 13F institutional holdings, Form 4 insider transactions, and 13D/G beneficial ownership reports. Our Service includes data visualization, analysis tools, and alert notifications.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans

Important: The information provided by 13F Insight is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.
- 13F filings are reported with a 45-day delay from quarter end
- Holdings may have changed since the filing date
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data
- Past performance does not indicate future results
- Always conduct your own research before making investment decisions
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding SEC public data), is owned by 13F Insight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13F Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
