Between March 18 and April 15, 2026, Steven Yi sold exactly 4,000 MediaAlpha shares on ten separate trading days — an identical size, day after day, while the price drifted from $9.59 up to $9.78. Then the pattern broke: starting April 20, daily sale sizes became variable and dramatically larger, climbing to 28,543, then 33,663, then 96,000 shares by July 1, and reaching 114,292 shares on July 15 at $14.17 — nearly 30 times the size of the earlier fixed daily lots. Across all 182 recorded MediaAlpha transactions since 2020, Yi has sold 3,865,820 shares and never once made an open-market purchase. His only other tracked relationship, at White Mountains Insurance Group, shows three transactions with no shares bought or sold.
