Eric S. Yuan, Zoom's founder and CEO, shows one of the most systematic selling programs in this dataset: 1,567 transactions at Zoom since 2019, all on the selling side — 7,689,087 shares sold, zero bought. The recent pattern is remarkably mechanical: near-daily share-class conversions of exactly 12,100 shares, immediately matched with same-day open-market sales of the identical total (three tranches of 3,601, 7,293 and 1,206 shares on July 14, 2026 at $89.49-$91.30; a similar set on July 13; and 60, 269, 326, 2,345 and 9,100 shares on June 3, 2026 totaling 12,100 at $106.20-$110.25). That price trail shows a roughly 20% decline in Zoom shares between early June and mid-July 2026. A separate cluster of much larger option-exercise transactions (roughly 46,822 shares on July 9 and over 136,000 shares across July 8) points to a periodic vesting event layered on top of the daily sale program. Yuan's only other insider relationship, a board seat at Intuit since 2023, shows no recorded buy or sell activity.
