Capstone Capital Management, which held zero shares last quarter, now holds more of the stock than anyone else: a brand-new $1.09 million stake (105,694 shares) that accounts for 51.1% of the $2.1 million in total institutional value 13F Insight tracks in POET. Woodstock Corp, the only holder to keep its position exactly unchanged, is now the second-largest at 32.8%. Six more brand-new positions opened alongside Capstone's — Optimus Capital Advisors and Archford Capital Strategies each took $102,800 stakes, with four smaller new entrants behind them — meaning 8 of the stock's 13 current holders weren't in the register at all last quarter. Farther Finance Advisors and Aventura Private Wealth both added meaningfully among existing holders (up 120% and 395% respectively, though both remain small in dollar terms).
