Wendy's institutional ownership on this platform is unusually concentrated in a single holder: A&I Financial Services, LLC controls 38.9% of WEN's $2.3 million in tracked institutional value, and rather than trimming into what the data implies was roughly a 20% share-price rally this quarter, the firm added to its position — shares up 29.5% (84,065 to 108,882), a $318,384 increase that dwarfs every other holder's move. Atlas Brown, Inc., the third-largest holder at 12.5% of the tracked book, did the same, adding 16.7% more shares. That buying-into-strength wasn't universal: Versant Capital Management nearly liquidated its entire stake, cutting from 1,787 shares to just 16 (a 99% exit), while GAMMA Investing trimmed 35% of its position and Elevation Wealth Partners cut roughly in half. A new entrant, Vista Investment Partners, opened a position large enough to already rank among WEN's top five tracked holders. The pattern: WEN's largest and most established holders are buying more even as several mid-sized holders head for the exit.
